student performances

At CAM, all students are offered numerous performance opportunities, letting them show their friends, family, and the public their achievements!

Performance classes give our students the opportunity to perform in front of a real audience in a supportive and intimate setting. This is highly recommended for beginners who need to get some performance experience under their belts before playing for the public. Their teachers will be there offering comments and useful tips to improve their performances.

Student and Studio Recitals, held in venues around Charleston, showcase the development and achievements of our students and our faculty. At the end of each semester, the Honors Recital will showcase the some of our best students of the semester in an hour long recital. All students are encouraged to audition for the Honors Recital. Similarly, the Piccolo Spoleto Recital (audition required) will showcase the students who have achieved the most through the year in an exciting recital!

Honors Program Student Recitals are held periodically in venues around Charleston. This gives the students an opportunity to have their own recital and showcase their gifts.

All performances give families, friends, students, and educators the opportunity to get together and enjoy music and the process of making it happen. Click on our Media Page to view photos and videos of our past events!
